I really believe that all of you once experienced getting stress (or maybe often … ^_^). So did I… How did I. How did you handle it? By throwing away the assignments and pretending as if you didn’t have any problems???? It’s crazy if you do it, because it won’t finish the problems.
When you get a lot of works to do, the best solution to prevent stress is by doing these things. Manage the time / making a schedule to do all of the works is one of the best solutions for that reason. By having a schedule, you will be motivated to finish a particular work on a particular time / date as well. Do the works one by one and choose the work which is the most important and urgent. I know it’s not easy to do. But try to tell yourself, tell your brain: never postpone to do the works and do it now as long as you can and you have time to finish it. If you start to postpone your works, it will be much heavier and you will get stress finally.
Then, try to relax yourself. Don’t force yourself to finish all of the works in one day (if it’s impossible). You need to take a rest, sleep for a while. Sleep is very important in our life because by sleeping you can relax yourself and refresh your brain. It’s not only by sleeping, but also by doing everything that can make you happy: listening to the music, taking a bath, cooking, etc…. ^_^ Do your favorite activities that can refresh your mind.
Besides, the most important thing to do is: love your work whatever it is. I know it’s very hard to do. But try it. Try to make your work as your friend. Think positively when you get a difficult assignment. Try to take the positive side of your work that is beneficial for your life (Yes, I’m sure, it must be… ^_^)
I think those are the most important things to do to prevent / handle stress.
